Every observation needs a dollar attached to it. We work in operations where "significant" isn't an answer. $4.2M is. Vague conclusions don't leave the building.
You speak the shop floor and the boardroom
Our work lives at the intersection of maintenance planners and PE operating committees. The best people here move between those conversations without losing credibility in either.
You prefer small rooms
Boutique means you work directly with the decision-maker, not through layers of management. Senior-led is not a marketing claim. It's how the engagements actually run.
You know what done looks like
We work in ambiguous environments, but we always define the deliverable before we start. Vague scope is something we don't accept from clients, or from ourselves.
Where We Hire
Six areas.
All client-facing.
Every role at Astrid is connected to client work, either running an engagement, building the analysis, or delivering the implementation. We don't have a large internal services function.
Operations & Reliability Advisory
Work directly with clients on maintenance strategy, MRO optimization, and operational improvement. You understand PM programs, CMMS, and what a failed task list looks like in practice.
Data & Analytics Engineering
Build the data foundations clients need: ERP integrations, historian feeds, unified asset data models. You work in SAP PM/MM, EAM, and CMMS environments.
Reliability & Predictive Analytics
Develop ML models on fleet telemetry, vibration data, and maintenance history to predict failures before they happen, then connect the model to the maintenance workflow.
ERP & Workflow Implementation
Configure and improve SAP PM/MM, MRP logic, and CMMS workflows. You know the difference between what the system is supposed to do and what it's actually doing.
Engagement Management
Run the diagnostic engagements: own the scope, drive the analysis, deliver the roadmap. Comfortable presenting to a CFO and walking a maintenance planner through implementation.
Financial Modeling & Quantification
Attach the numbers to the opportunity. You build the business case linking operational data to AISC, OEE, or working capital at the rigor a PE operating review demands.
